Upgrade Eligibility
Investors may upgrade to a higher level using their wallet balance. If the wallet balance is not enough, they can top up the remaining amount with a fresh deposit. All upgrades must follow the platform’s level structure in order—no skipping levels is allowed.
Refund Conditions on Initial Deposit (During Upgrade)
Refunds of the investor’s initial deposit will only be processed after an upgrade, and only if the investor has not yet withdrawn the full value of their original deposit. Before any refund, the system will assess:
The total deposit at the current level.
Total earnings already withdrawn.
The unearned/unrecovered balance, which is the refundable amount.
This amount will be:
Credited to the investor’s wallet after the upgrade,
Available for reinvestment immediately, or
Withdrawable after 7 days.
Example
If an investor deposited Ksh 8,500 and has already earned Ksh 6,000 before upgrading, the refundable amount is Ksh 2,500. If they have already earned Ksh 8,500 or more, no refund is issued.
365-Day Refund Rule Regardless of upgrade status, after 365 days (1 year) from the date of deposit, the investor's full original deposit will be automatically refunded to their wallet, even if they have already earned back part or all of it.
This refunded amount will be fully withdrawable with no waiting period.
This rule applies to all investors as part of the term completion policy.
Purpose of This Policy
This policy helps maintain platform sustainability, manage funds responsibly, and offer fair conditions to all investors during both upgrades and long-term participation.
